My little exotic pickle,
Breaking news – or not – I am well versed in old bananas. Also, I sometimes can find a few chocolate chips that weren’t eaten up by a starving Cher-et-Tendre (I mean, I am obviously the kind of person who doesn’t feed their significant other!) Anyway, an old banana, an egg, sugar spice and everything nice and a couple of hours later, pouf, banana mousse. Life is fantastic!
For two people
2 eggwhite – 2 bananas – 1 tbsp cream – 2 tbsp sugar – 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract – a few chips
- Whip the eggwhite until foamy then add sugar
- Crush the bananas and add the cream and vanilla, making sure there is no chunk remaining
- Carefully incorpore the egg white in the bananas with a spatula
- Add the chocolate chips and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Voilà!

J’ai un tas de bananes tirant sur le brun qu me regardent en me suppliant de les délivrer de leur longue agonie. Les bananes seraient-elles les seuls êtres vivants que je supplicie avec délectation ?
Il faut que je teste ta mousse avec mon petit gars, mes bananes n’attendent que ça.
Je supplicie parfois le Cher-et-Tendre, mais chuuut, il faut pas le dire trop fort 😉 Bises Daphné!
